Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ensure that our Korean cosmetics reach their destination as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 6:00 p.m. on working days on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, so the delivery of your order may take a little longer in certain circumstances.
- The pure shipping time for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is between approx. 2-3 working days.
- When paying by credit card, the available goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days (order processing & pure delivery time). There is no delivery on weekends, national and regional holidays.
- We are not liable for delivery problems caused by Swiss Post. If the data provided is incorrect, we cannot be held liable for delivery delays or non-delivery.

Shipping process
vanesis.ch shipping process is done by the following steps:
1 Your order is being collected together in our warehouse
2 Your order is tidy and well packaged
3 Your order will be picked up by our courier
4a Your order will be delivered to your shipping address specified
4b Your order will be delivered to your service point, please note! You must legitimize yourself.
Check immediately after receipt of the order if it is undamaged and complete. If it is not the case, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible to report this.
I have not received a shipping receipt
It is possible that your spam filter is active and is filtering our shipping receipt. We recommend that you check your spam filter settings and, if necessary, adjust them. Also, always check that you have entered the correct email address.
Missing items
In case you have ordered one or more items, but have not received these items, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.
Wrong article received
In case you have received one or more items that you have not ordered, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Filled in wrong address
Filled in a wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible, mostly we can still change this. If the package is already underway with the delivery, unfortunately we cannot do anything anymore. Please keep us informed, we will do everything we can to get the package delivered.
If the package has returned to us, it is possible to resend the package. The shipping costs for resending will be charged. When canceling a returned shipment due to incorrect address, we will refund the amount exclude shipping fee.
Return
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (withdrawal period).
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party, who may not be a courier but who may be commissioned by the customer, takes possession of the products. In the case of an order for different items to be delivered separately, 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party who may be a courier but may be commissioned by the customer, takes possession of the products.
- In order to be able to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to inform VANESI’S of his decision to withdraw from the contract with an explicit declaration (via the withdrawal form (1) by post or email: hello@vanesis.ch). For this purpose he has to fill out the revocation form. If the customer decides to withdraw, VANEISI’S will send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal (by post or electronically).
- In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the declaration of cancellation before the deadline expires.
- If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments that he has made in favor of VANESI’S will be refunded to him within 14 days after VANESI’S has been informed of the declaration of withdrawal (excluding shipping costs and fees for minimum order quantities). These refunds will be made to the same means of payment that the customer used for his order, unless expressly stated otherwise. The refund may be suspended until the returned goods have been received or the customer has confirmed that the goods have been returned.
- The customer is obliged to return the goods to VANESI’S. This must be done without culpable delay within 14 days after sending the declaration of withdrawal and after receiving the confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from VANESI’S. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if the customer has sent the goods before the 14 days have expired. The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for any depreciation of the goods due to handling if this goes beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics, nature and nature of the products.
- The customer can under no circumstances exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed products which cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons and which have been opened after delivery.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Each order is prepared within 24 working hours, then handed over to the carrier for delivery to the address previously provided during order confirmation. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes or military addresses.
COSY BLOOM ships the Products only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Some Products are subject to specific shipping regulations and cannot be delivered to certain countries. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check specific delivery restrictions.
Deliveries are ensured by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer when ordering and to which the carrier can easily access.
2.DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery costs depend on (i) the country of destination, (ii) the weight and volume of the order and (iii) the insurance option.
The amount and delivery times are indicated when confirming the order.
2.1 Calculation of delivery time
Delivery time = Shipping + Transport
Shipping = order preparation time
Transport = order delivery time
COSY BLOOM undertakes to make every effort to deliver the Products quickly after confirmation of the order.
In any event, COSY BLOOM declines all responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to a delay or force majeure during delivery.
In addition, COSY BLOOM will inform the Customer of any delay as soon as possible. The latter will then have the possibility of canceling the order subject to legal provisions.
2.1 Delivery Difficulties
The Customer is required to indicate a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. It is his responsibility to verify the delivery address on each of the emails or letters provided and immediately inform COSY BLOOM of any error or omission via customerservice@cosybloom.ch. COSY BLOOM reserves the right to invoice any additional delivery costs applicable due to a error relating to the delivery address due to the Customer.
If delivery cannot be made to the address indicated for reasons unrelated to COSY BLOOM, the carrier will inform the Customer as soon as possible by email and indicate a subsequent delivery date or deadline.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of three days excluding public holidays from delivery to formulate in writing by registered letter with request for acknowledgment of receipt any reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the Products delivered (for example damaged package already open.), with all relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Seller.
The Seller will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions present in the General Terms and Conditions (see guarantees , notably).
2.2 Receipt of Products
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the products are made available by the carrier to the Customer or to a third party designated by him, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. No dispute relating to the delivery itself will be possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier’s computer system being taken as proof.
Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer will be able to confirm on the delivery note that the Products have been delivered in good condition. If this is not the case, the Customer must refuse delivery. If the Customer is not able to check the condition of the Products at the time of delivery, he will indicate “NOT CHECKED” on the delivery note.
